Shechem is a refuge for God's messengers.  The              attacks on our churches and His preachers by satan

       are destroying many pulpits.  This ministry is

       dedicated to stop those attacks by allowing His

       messengers a place of rest.  

  

       Ro. 10:14...how can they hear without a preacher?

The Shechem Ministries began in September 2001 with its first occupant.  The cabin and trails were four years in the making.  Most of the wood in the cabin was logged from the farm.

The lake was built in 1977 and has produced many fish in the 8-9 pound range.  The record large-mouth is 10 lbs and 9 oz.  Bluegill and catfish can be a special attraction to the family.
